Meet the Founder

PBA was founded by Manik Sethi after experiencing firsthand how difficult it is to navigate a property market filled with conflicting interests.


After migrating to Australia, Manik built his own property portfolio and quickly saw how poor advice, rushed decisions, and misaligned incentives could lead to costly outcomes. That experience shaped a clear belief — property decisions should be driven by clarity, structure, and independent advice, not sales pressure.


Over time, this perspective extended beyond buying. Supporting families through the sale of a loved one’s home — often to fund aged care — highlighted just how complex and emotional these decisions can be without the right guidance.


Today, PBA helps property investors and sellers make confident, well-informed decisions in high-stakes situations — providing independent advice, strategic clarity, and representation across both buying and selling.
